Manning and operation of Central Air Conditioning plant DX type at GE Centre of Capacity 4 X 15 TR round the clock in 03 Shifts including Saturday, Sunday & Holidays with One Operator in each shift (Total 03 Operator) for operation of compressor with motors, condensser with motor, AHU with motor, colling tower with motor, electric control panel including valves, gauges as installed complete, and to maintain in side desire condition of temp 22 ± 2 degree C and humidity 50% ± 10% and carry out general cleaneness, routine maintenace, attending all nature of breakdown/complaint, Supply and maintaining log sheet with other connected documents complete all as specified and as directed. (Timings:- Shift-I 0600 to 1400hrs, Shift-II 1400hrs to 2200hrs, Shift-III 2200 hrs to 0600hrs.)

All as per item No 1 here in-before but central AC plant of Open Heart of Capacity 3 X 12.5 TR round the clock on three shifts including Saturday, Sunday & Holidays with One Operator in each shift (Total 03 Operators) complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes For item Nos 1 & 2 here-in-before:- (i) The estimated cost of the work in respect of BOQ Sir item Nos 1 & 2 (as based on minimum wages rates issued vide central/state) is Rs 16,90,000/-. If the quoted amount is found less than the estimated cost of Sir item Nos 1 & 2 of BOQ and tender of lowest bidder is considered for acceptance, then the lowest bidder shall have to deposit FDR in favour of Accepting officer for the difference in estimated cost and Accepted amount in respect of BOQ Sir item Nos 1 & 2 within 30 days from date of acceptance. In case the said FDR is not submitted within 30 days the amount in question shall be recovered from contractor’s first RAR/Final bill whichever is earlier. However the FDR/recovered amount shall be released to the contractor after satisfactory completion of work. Attention is further invited added that when the amount of said recovery mentioned herein above is less than the amount of performance security as indicated under Clause 02 on page 04 of CA and Clause 12 on page 11 of CA, no FDR is required to be submitted for quoting less rate against BOQ Srl Item No 01. However if the amount of performance security is less than the FDR to be submitted for less quoting rate, the difference of performance security amount and FDR amount(for less quoting rates) shall be deposited by the lowest bidder (whose tender is accepted) in the form of FDR for difference amount over and above performance security within 30 days from the date of Acceptance. (ii) One operator/technician shall perform only one shift of 08 hours in a day. If the same operator/technician found in other shift, a recovery of Rs 500/- per day shall be recovered from the contractor's dues.

(iii) Contractor shall submit the nominal roll and qualification of operator/technician within 15 days of acceptance of tender. After that penalty for a sum of Rs 500/- per shift per installation shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. (iv) Contractor shall ensure attendance of all operator/technician in shift wise. If any operator/technician found absent from duty a sum of Rs 1000/- per shift per person shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. Any damage of loss on this account shall bear by the contractor. (v) All operator/technician shall wear proper uniform, failing which a recovery of Rs 200/- per shift per person shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. (vi) The payment of contractor's employee shall be made through nationalized bank account of individual and the proof of transaction and the contractor shall submit the same with bank account pass book of individual within 15 days of acceptance otherwise a recovery shall be made a sum of Rs 200/- per shift per employee from the contractor's dues.

M&L for descaling of condensser tube of central AC plant of capacity 3 x 75 TR by disconecting the condensser from the system, cleaninh by descaling pump of suitable capacity of 110 ' feet head using descaling solution of make Hibird or descaling solution, cleaning condenssor tube by nylon bursh & MS rod of suitable size, replacement of rubber joints and unserviceable nut bolts complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- (i) Arrangment of T&P such as pump, tube, descaling solution shall be carried out by contractor. (ii) Descalling of all respective condensors shall be considered as one job)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2 core 1.5 sqmm 1100V grade PVC insulated copper conduction laid in 20 mm dia medium grade PVC conduit with necessery clamp complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair DX TYPE coil with fins, 32 Sq.ft coil area, GI coil casing / blank offs, coil section with 4 row with single number of distributers, copper tube material, 9.52mm tube dia, 25 SWG/ 0.5 mm thickness of tube, 4 RD cooling, coil copper header matreial and 0.15 mm thick plain aluminium fins with No. of fins per inch 11/12 Suitable for 16000 CFM, 50 (mm wg) static pressure and AHU Make:- ZECO, AHU Model:- ZDAW-160 along with connected fixing brackets etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Contractor shall carried out complete pump down the system with recovery unit and take all refrigerent Gas from the system in refrigerent bottle with recovery unit and store at safe place for reuse. (ii) Contractor shall arrange necessary T &P and experience technician to carring out cutting of existing copper pipe lines from expansion valves to AHU Coils and supply and fixing with addition alteration to new copper tubing as recommended by OEM. (iii) Cost of following works shall also deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor:- (a) Charging of nitrogen Gas in unit & complete system at 300 psi pressure and checking of any dropping of pressure / leakage up to 72 Hrs after replacement of AHU Coil and cutting and addition alteration with copper tuning. (b) Vaccumisation of complete system for minimum 2 days for dropping of vacuum pressure & rectification of leakage if any. (c) Charging of complete system with R - 22 gas stored in bottle recover from system for maintaining the system pressure up to HP - 175 psi & LP - 65 psi. (d) Measure the inlet and outdoor temperature of package unit and maintain temperature as per required at site. (e) Testing & commissioning of compressor after completion.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated PVC armoured heavy duty PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor 4 CORE 16 sqmm size after taking down old existing unserviceable cable from trenches/ducts/road crossing or along poles/walls etc complete all as directed. (Note: Old unserveciable cable shall be deposited at MES store yard for further disposal.)

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated PVC armoured heavy duty PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor 4 CORE 25 sqmm size after taking down old existing unserviceable cable from trenches/ducts/road crossing or along poles/walls etc complete all as directed. (Note: Old unserveciable cable shall be deposited at MES store yard for further disposal.)

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning Outdoor type LT Feeder Pillar Panel, floor mounted, CPRI approved suitable for 415 volt, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz, AC supply system having bus bar chamber with duly insulated Aluminum Bus bars of rating 200 Amps mounted on epoxy/SMC type insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP 54 class protection and made out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet and 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm thick angle iron frame work, 90 Cm height and grouted 45 Cm in PCC, powder coated finish outside and inside, both side (front and rear) openable type for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, internal wiring with PVC insulated flexible copper conductor FRLS cable IS 694 marked of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sq mm complete including LED phase indicators, digital Voltmeter and Ampmeter suitable for and inclusive of the following incoming and outgoing feeders accessories complete all as specified and as directed:- Note:- (i) Rate quoted by the Contractor shall be inclusive of all foundation/ Base work i.e earth work/ PCC/ Plastering etc (ii) Old unserveciable DB/ Panel of any capacity with accessories shall be deposited at MES store yard for further disposal.)
