Dismantling , removing and carefully stacking Doors &windows includung removal of frames,hinges and fastenings etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Dismantling the damaged floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with mosaic tiles / Glazed tiles/cuddapah slab and clearing away with carefully stacking the material useful for reuse for any thickness etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Providing Post constructional Anti termite treatment by drilling 1/2" dia holes at uniform intervels of 12" at the junction of the building and the Chemical Chlorophyriphos 20% Equivalent will be walls and floors to a depth of 4" to 5" inside or as directed by the departmental officers. The building and the chemical Chlorophyriphos 20% Equivalent will be quirilled inside these hole leg using hand pressure pumps from itrs fills to it refusal. The wooden frame will be spread by the same termicide solution center pheriphery of the building will be treated by the making a small chamel around the building and the holes are to be made by ysing crow bar around termicide Chlorophyriphos to be squrilled inside these holes after completion of treatment all holes drilling in the walls and floor closed by cement etc complete complying with std spn, and as directed by the departmental officer. The chemical is to be used on the work should be got approved by the executive engineer's before use on the work.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality double charged vitrified Tiles of size 600x600x8mm and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing and Applying CFTRI approved two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (1 Liquid: 2 Powder), to the RCC surface like bathroom, toilet, balcony & utility area applied @ 1.7kg/ m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having Elongation at break >50% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80 N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 1mm as per ASTM C 836, Water penetration (5 bar pressure) as per BS EN 12390. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.

Supplying and Filling the Brick Jelly Lime Concrete 1:2:5 using 20mm brick jelly in Lime Mortar 1:2 using limestone and sand 10 cu.m. (for Non-Structural works only) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flooring with ceramic tiles of Self Designed Colour Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm size and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with with printed design colour glazed tiles of size 300 x 450 x 8mm best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles conforming to IS 15622 of following sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Renewing the damaged Wooden Partition with two side aluminium with 12mm thick commercial plywood with laminated sheet alu, box section and aluminium frame at an interval of 0.90m at the aluminium frame of size 50.80x25.40mmx1.16mm thick @ 0.581kg/1RM with necessary 'L' angle s, screws, nails and fixed in the well using drilling machine with neat straight alignments etc., after finishing the frame work and fixed with both side 12mm thick water proof anti-termite plywood and finished with new Laminated sheet of best and approved quality with necessary screws nails, favicol and necessary grooves as per instruction of the departmental officers and also cutting the wall panel for Electrical switch box and AC Plug box and tetephone box requirements. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, labour charges aluminium frame work and wooden partition work, transportating charges etc., complete etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers., (The materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use in work)

Supplying, Fabricating, erecting and fixing Hilux (or) equivalent Gyp Board FALSE CELING upto a ceiling height of 4.50 m from floor level using Hilux board Plain sheet 10mm thick which includes shaped GI channels of size 25 x 25 x 0.50 mm thick suspended from ceilling at 1.2 m both longitudinal and cross vertical support and fixing shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm and 150 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60m centre longitudinal and cross direction for vertical supports and fixing U shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm thick and 50 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60 m centre to centre in cross direction and respectively for horizantal supports of zig - zag pattern and fixing of Gyp board in the panel provided in the desing pattern given and sprating the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate shall be inclusive of finishing the edges and wall junctions with suitable lipping and cornice arrangements.

Providing Cornice Work for Gyp Board False Ceiling using plaster of paris below the existing Gyp board flase ceiling as directed and designed by the departmental officers. The rate is inclusive of cost all materials, labour charges and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying wooden flooring at site 8mm thick of approved make using click laminated floor with inbuilt 3mm sound bloc class of use 31 water resistant AC 3 grade impact resistant IC3 (as per EN 130 900 / 1400) having 0.60mm MLC (Multi-Layer Guard + SRSG 2) (Scratch Resistant Surface econd Generation) on top of moisture high density fibre board substrate specially developed copr of plank size 1288 x 196 x 8mm having joints tongue and groove to secure long lasting joint. Supplying and fixing Teak wood scantlings for door and windows and any other joinery works using teak wood scantlings below 4m in lengh and complete it in all floors including labour charges for the manufacture of frames as per standard specification.

Supply & fixing of WPC door shutter, extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum Bulk Density of 550 KG/Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. The door shall be a plain matt board as decided by the Engineer in-Charge of the department. Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames.
