Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge including Nainital or similar pattern in roof covering all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling corrugated or semi-corrugated Asbestos cement sheets/ translucent sheets in roof covering all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with galvanised 8mm dia 'J' hook/self tapping screws, all as specified and directed' Make :- Jindal/Tata Blue Scope Steel Ltd/Essar or equivalent make ISI marked as approved by GE. Note : (a) Sheets will be bent and shaped to match the existing roof shape as per required curvature/site requirements and height upto 35m and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) The work will be carried out as required on site without damaging the existing structure and necessary arrangement for climbing on the roof of Hangar shall be provided by the Contractor and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c) All safety precautions will be taken by the Contractor during execution and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S & F 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook/self tapping screws in lieu of screw in roof, wall etc all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Sheets will be bent and shaped to match the existing roof shape as per required curvature/site requirements and height upto 35m and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) The work will be carried out as required on site without damaging the existing structure and necessary arrangement for climbing on the roof of Hangar shall be provided by the Contractor and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c) All safety precautions will be taken by the Contractor during execution and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S & F framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or gorged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of watertanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed

M & L Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed

S & F in repairs Wind operated Turbo Ventilators of size 24 inches dia, material of construction for ventilator is High grade Industrial Aluminium of thickness not less than 0.5mm, material of construction for Hardware is stainless steel -304. Bearing shall be of steel is completely enclosed and dust proof integrated housing and aligned with each other, It shall have capability to rotate at nearly zero wind speed. Turbo ventilator shall have UV stabilized powder coated and capable of static balancing shall have high exhaust capacity and there shall not be any exhaust problem due to air back draft. Fixing arrangement shall have high quality rubberized hardware to prevent rain Ingress. All Turbo Ventilators are to be installed by manufacturer’s auth person only all as specified and directed. NOTE : (a) The work will be carried out as required on site without damaging the existing structure and necessary arrangement for climbing on the roof of Hangar height upto 35m shall be provided by the Contractor and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
