REPAIR AND MAINT OF VARIOUS SUMMER AND WINTER APPLIANCES AT K AREA AND SEC 28/29 UNDER GE CHANDIGARH.

Taking down ceiling fans of 1200/1400mm sweep and any make after disconnecting from ceiling rose, opening up, including greasing and overhauling after replacing unserviceable spairs like bearings, bushes, capacitors, ms clamp,rubeer reels with nut, bolt split pin, and shaft, sleeves, rewinding, testing, rehanging and making connection to ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) Spares parts for replacement shall be measured and paid for seprately as supply only under respective items of BOQ. (ii) Technician of contractor shall visit door to door and attend complaints after take the complaints from E/M complaint cell in respective bldg in Md/OTM Accn and obtain their signatures of user after satisfactory complition of work (iii) rewinding of Fan will be done in 03 working days (iv) For every complaint not rectified within prescribed time limit, a penalty of Rs 500 per complaint shall be imposed (v) A workshop for ceiling fan winding shall be installed at K area complaint cell, The store space will be provided by the department.

(ii) Technician of contractor shall take the complaints from E/M complaint cell and rectified on the same day and obtain signatures of user after satisfactory complition of work (iii) rewinding of fan will be done in 03 working days (iv) For every complaint not rectified within prescribed time limit, a penalty of Rs 500 per complaint shall be imposed.

M&L rewinding to ceiling fan motor of 1200mm sweep winded with winding machine with super enameled copper winding wire of existing size including insulated sleeves& paper , varnishing with ‘B’ class insulation varnish thimbles, connection with flexible cable of copper conducor of size 23/.0076 upto connector block ( winding wire exc 300 gm and n-exc 350gm ) Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L rewinding to ceiling fan motor of 1400mm sweep winded with winding machine with super enameled copper winding wire of existing size including insulated sleeves& paper , varnishing with ‘B’ class insulation varnish thimbles, connection with flexible cable of copper conductor cable of size 23/.0076 upto connector block ( winding wire exc 350 gm and n-exc 750gm ) Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note for item No 3 & 4 :--(i) The cost of cutting & taking out to existing old winding wire shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be entertained on this account.

S&F in Repairs Ball Bearing 6201/6202 (as approved) , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in Repairs Ball Bearing 6203/6204 (as approved) , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement shaft assembly including spring, washer suitable for ceiling fan of any sweep and any make complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement capacitor clamp suitable for ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep of any size and make complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only gun metal bush suitable for 1200/1400/1500 mm sweep ceiling fans

S&F in replacement of outer cover set, lower and upper suitable for ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep of any size and make including nuts and bolts complete all as specified and as directed.
