Collection/ Transportation and Dumping of C and D waste generated in NDMC area. SH-Collection / transportation and disposal of construction waste/ malba from R-III division to processing plant

Disposal of building rubbish/Malba/Similar Unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including collection from scattered site loading, transporting and unloading the same at any C & D waste management site Shastri Park /Burari including weighting at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedure/rules of the plant management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the C & D waste plant. The processing fee of C & D Management at prescribed rates will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts. NOTE:- 1.Collection of building rubbish/Malba/Similar Unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials etc. will be done from scattered site of NDMC, area and transfer to suitable place as approved by Engineer - in - charge. 2. The agency will deploy one auto tippers(TATA Ace/ Mahindra Bolero/ Tata Infra/Maruti Carry or equivalent of required capacity, with minimum two Man power or as per quantum of work for collection and loading of scattered malba as per site required during day time and if required in night also for collection of above said waste and transported nearest c&D waste management site Shastri Park /Burari etc. 3.Payment will be made on showing the receipt from c&d plant per tonne c&d waste transported 4.During Grap period agency will deploy BS VI complaint vehicle which can run during grap period by following all the guidelines of the transport department. 5. GPS Should be installed with Truck/tempo and auto tippers. 6.All the directions issued by NGT from time to time i.e. life span of vehicle, covered with tirpal etc. must be followed by the agency. 7. The contractor shall be responsible for any accident and has to be taken all preventions to avoid any accident any challan by the challenging authority shall be borne by the contractor.
