The Financial Bid shall quote a lump-sum amount covering the total cost for complete execution of the contract for the entire duration, inclusive of GST and all other applicable taxes, duties, and levies. Note: The quoted amount shall be all-inclusive, encompassing, but not limited to, professional and consultancy fees, venue and infrastructure charges, hospitality arrangements, food and refreshments, logistics, event management services, travel, lodging and boarding, administrative and operational expenses, and any other incidental or contingent costs required for successful execution of the scope of work.
