Day to Day Round the clock (24 Hours, 7 days) Operation & Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical installation Routine, Preventive & Minor Breakdown Maintenance of General Electrical & Mechanical Service in Sports Play Grounds, Faculty Guest House, RCA, IIT Hospital, Central Store, Vishwa Karma Bhawan (TIFAC + DMS), Residential flats (Taxila Apptt., Vaishali Apptt., Nalanda Hostel Phase-II, Vikramshila Apptt., New Campus, Mini Campus, Solar House, New Mess Karmachari qtr., Hospital Staff qtr & AVANTI Apartments) & Street light of west campus etc. Scope of work includes: (i) Around 550 nos of electricity metering & billing work (Domestic & Commercial) in whole campus IIT Delhi. (ii) Repair / Replace, Service and maintenance of Electrical installations on round the clock, including all type of lights, Fans, switches, Sockets etc. as and when required in above mentioned locations. (iii) Routine checking and maintenance of DB's, Sub-Main Board, Main Board & LT panel, Cleaning of the electrical equipment like ceiling fan, exhaust fan & LT Panel. Work shall be carried out as per preventive maintenance schedule. *Minimum 14 Skilled, 11 Unskilled grade and 01 High Skilled manpower shall be on board on 6 days a week meeting emergency requirement beyond normal working days as and when required obeying Minimum Wages Act. (Deployment of manpower at site shall be done in consultation with the engineer-in-charge as per duty chart as per terms & conditions)

Day to day repairing and maintenance of electrical installation and fans i/c street light arrangement in Academic area by providing following staff per day for Six days of the week throughout the year as per detail given below :- Scope of work include : 1. Repair & Maintenance of electrical installations. 2. Repair & Maintenance of ceiling fans, exhaust fans & pedestal fans. 3. Repair & maintenance of street light /security light. 4. Repair & maintenance of Electrical boards. 5. Any others work assigned by JE/AE/AEE/EE(E). 6. All measuring instruments to note down the reading wherever measuring meters are not installed shall be provided by contractor. (Work shall be carried out as per preventive maintenance schedule.) * Minimum 20 Nos. Skilled, 01 No. (Semi-skilled), 17 Nos. Unskilled, 01 No. Highly Skilled grade and 01 No. Foreman manpower shall be on board on 6 days a week meeting emergency requirement beyond normal working days as and when required obeying Minimum Wages Act. (Deployment of manpower at site shall be done in consultation with the Engineer-in-charge as per duty chart as per terms and conditions)

Replacement of the following elements with new ones including dismantling and removal of the existing unserviceable from the Cooling Towers of Central AC Plant located at Dronagiri & Saptagiri, sealing of vulnerable joints, parts with dealing compound wherever required to prevent any leakage, proper discarding by transporting them outside the campus. thorough cleaning the space, testing after installation, adjustments etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of existing wooden floor-mounted switch and socket faceplates with associated back boxes, of different sizes, quantities 8-module 10 no. and 6-module 5 no. also including removing of data-voice outlet faceplates, 2-port (15no.), along with dismantling conduits/raceway and associated circuit wiring and CAT-6 cables, including cutting of wooden floor complete in all respects, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
