Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.), MS flats and MS solid bars etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc complete. Hot finished seamless type tubes of horizontals (60mm X 40mm) RHS at the top and 25mm X 5mm MS flat running at the centre and vertically 16mm dia MS round bar will be inserted at the interval as exists in the existing railing at all the areas , including cost of materials,labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Make: SAIL, JSW, TATA steel, VIZAG), (Welding rods: Ador) (Refer detailed drawings for clarity). The rate quoted shall include the cost of material, labour,transportation, all lead and lifts , necessary staging ,scaffolding etc complete including all incidentials.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings like collar, Elbows, shoes,unions, cp clamps if required,brass Male threaded adopter and female threaded adopters with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.Internal work - Exposed on wall 25 mm nominal dia Pipes

Room-Occupancy basis, cancellation and food charges

Dismantling of Old False Ceiling: Removal of old perforated sheets false ceiling due to damages, undulations to facilitate new lighting arrangements, Cassette AC units. Stacking the removed usefull material in the desired location and carting away unwanted useless material by tractor or other means away from the campus to contractors own dump etc complete as directed.

Supply and fixing of 25 mm dia 2. .mm thick heavy guage PVC conduit pipe with suitble size bends , PVC junctions adhesive paste etc. and fixing using inverted wood plugs in case of RCC ceiling and RCC wall stone sructure or rawl plugs in case of brick walls and cemanet plastering damaged protion using hevay guage saddles at an inveternal of 700 mm using WF screws. - Make : VIP , Anchor
