Round Coffee Table - Providing, supplying & placing of Round Coffee Table 600 mm Dia x 450 mm Height having top made up of ply wood - 18mm Thick. The top should be in 1 mm laminate & base in 0.8 mm Laminate, Color matching to running Color Scheme or as desired by the Engineer in Charge. All the edges should be finished with glued - on polypropylene edge bands with corner and edge rounding, enabling zero sharp elements environment. There should be Powder coated base in Trirod Pattern made up of 18 mm dia Round Bright Bar and the Powder coating of all the metal units must be of 70 micron 7 tank process with oven baking powder coated from approved make. The minimum factor of safety is 1.65 on yield stress, the allowable deflection will be limited to span/200. The item should include all other features as shown in photograph and 3D views but missed in description all complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Catering charges for Standard Category (A): as per menu (Inclusive of Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea with Snacks and Dinner) Per Day

Annual Maintenance Contract for the Complete operation & Maintenance of 33/11 KV, 11KV/440 volt Transformer; HT- LT, RMU & other Panels, ATS, DG Set, Substation, RO system, STP, WTP, SCADA System, HVAC system, RO system and Internal & External Steel lighting, electrical Installations, plumbing, civil, drain, carpenter, painting, welding etc. as per assigned by engineer in charge with required mandatory minimum manpower as mentioned in table -01 at Indian Institute of Management Jammu as per the scope of work, electrical installation & general scope of work, operational scope of work and all other as per tender documents. Dismantled spares shall be deposited in the maintenance office of the Institute.
