Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).

Supply, Installation testing & commissioning of ultraSORB/puracurb (AM) Grid Matrix Filter based on Adsorbent and Absorbent media with Grid Matrix blocks. The Grid matrix blocks have a monolithic structure comprising chemical adsorbent media for the removal of Gases, H2S, HCHO, SO2, NO2, CL2, C6H6, NH3 by the process of adsorption. The filter must have turbulent flow/tornado for the less pressure drop. The size and shape of the monolithic structure of the cells leads to turbulent flow and superior performance. The filter also has no bypass and a very low pressure drop. The media per filter shall be a minimum of 7kg for the Dimension of: 594x287x94 mm. The depth of the filter shall not be less than 94 mm. The pressure drop shall not exceed 8 mm. The Grid Matrix filtration shall have GreenPro, CE, RoHS, ISO certification along with FDA compliance. The OEM shall have an inhouse lab in India to verify and test the media to showcase the media life analysis of the filters. The failure to submit the certifications along with the submittal shall lead to rejection of the product. If a distributor bids on behalf of the OEM, then all the documents of the OEM shall be submitted by the distributor with declaration from the OEM to present the same, failure to comply shall lead to disqualification. Annual maintenance and repair of 11 KV electrical substations namely Substations 1,2,4,5,6 comprising of oil filled 11/.433 KV transformers: 2 nos. of 500KVA Voltamp make, 3 nos. of 1600KVA Kirloskar make, 2 nos of 1600 KVA Voltamp make, 2 nos of 1600 KVA Voltamp make,2 nos of 1000KVA Kirloskar make; Crompton Greaves & Kirloskar make HT panels and breakers with electronic relays, electronic voltmeter, ammeter, 22 nos of HT VCBs 800A of Crompton, Greaves / Kirloskar make, LT panel with busbars 55 nos of ACBs 800 to 2500A of L&T & ABB make, APFC panels of capacity 100 to 400 KVAR, 10 nos of Milestone / Associated make, 63A TPNs, Battery with battery charger, MCCBs,electronic voltmeter, ammeter, relays, APFC panels etc.,Deputing highly skilled trained person during working hours six days a week with following works in addition to as stipulated in detailed scope of work : 1. Testing of entire ACBs 800-2500A (55 nos) with OEM approved test kit. 2. Earthing check of all substations/panels/equipment (40 nos aprx.). 3. Testing of VCBs (25 nos) and relays (25 nos aprx) with kit. All switches and breakers are well connected to underground HT/LT cables laid in trenches with proper thimbles and the substaions are fully operational.

Annual maintenance including all checks as recommended by the respective manufacturer of following capacity DG sets complete with replacement(fixing only) of defective parts during breakdowns, consumables etc during periodic servicing, conducting periodic servicing as per the manufacturer's recommendation excluding consumables and parts, p/f of minor consumables like battery water,grease,nut bolts etc during routine AMC checks, AMC check once every quarter and attending unlimited breakdown calls.
