ABSS:- Renovation & Improvement of station building and balance work at Jalpaiguri Railway Station.

At Zone No. 2A: Maintenance and repair of staff quarters, service building, roads, drains etc. : Between Purnea road & road running in front of DRM's building/Co- operative building/ Bunglow no. 565, Quarter No.E/65 up to Langrabagan (Road including)with DRM building complex, Sahebpara, Girja Colony, langrabaghan and Filter House complex etc. at Katihar under SSE/W/E/KIR from 01.07.2026 and upto P.E 30.06.2028.

At Zone No. 2B:Maintenance and repair of staff quarters, service building, roads, drains etc. : East side of road running in front of DRM's building/Co-operative building / Bunglow No.565, Quarter no.E/65 including officer Rest House , New station Building and Yard , Old hospital Para ,Grain shop Colony,Driver Tola, Santoshi Colony, Guard Para, North side of Mangal Bazar ROB (excluding ROB), north side of Ganja gali including Model station, PRS, BG (C&W) and goods office,Old and New pit line office etc at Katihar and up to road joining level crossing KM2 (between Katihar and Dandkhora) and level crossing KK1 (Between Katihar- Kuretha) extended up to Km 2.00 between Katihar and Kuretha under SSE/W/E/KIR from 01.07.2026 and upto P.E 30.06.2028.

At Zone No. 1B : Maintenance and repair of staff quarters, service building, drains etc. : New Colony, emergency colony and service building viz Running Room, ATTS, DTTC, GRP Barrack, RPF Barrack etc. under SSE/W/W/KIR from 01.07.2026 and up to P.E 30.06.2028.

At Zone No. 7(B): Maintenance and repair of staff quarters, service building, drains etc. : All works in the area from Mahanadi at KM 42/0 (excluding) to Darjeeling at KM 79/6 (including) all assets of Darjeeling under SSE/W/KGN from 01.07.2026 and upto P.E 30.06.2028.

At Zone No.5: Maintenance and repair of staff quarters, service building, roads, drains etc. : All assets from KM 9/9 (between RNI - NJB) to Jorapani river including RNI station and from Jorapani (including) upto outer signal of New Jalpaiguri at ABFC end including Hospital, D.S. Colony area bounded by the road (incluing ) passing in front of Railway Institute including eastern part of Central Colony, Barrack Colony, RPSF Complex, Store Depot, Filter House Complex, Gang hut at Km 2/6-7, Institute Complex and From Newjalpaiguri (excluding) i.e from outer most signal of Newjalpaiguri in ABFC end to Haldibari (Bangladesh border) and from Rani Nagar Jalpaiguri to KM 30.48 towards Jalpaiguri road with all works from outer most signal of NJP (GHY end) to KM 30.48 between Raninagarjalpaiguri - Jalpaiguri Road and upto KM 2.0 towards Siliguri Town (BG / NG) including Newjalpaiguri Station Building, Yard circulating area, Station circulating area, Goods shed, ROH, Track Machine Depot, Ballast siding, Concrete Sleeper Plant etc. under SSE/W/NJPfrom01.07.2026 and upto P.E 30.06.2028.

At Zone No. 6: Maintenance and repair of staff quarters, service building, drains etc. : All works in the area from SGUJ (0/0) to (11/0) BORA including Bengdubi Siding, SGUJ to Sukna at KM 9/0 (excluding) in NG section. Siliguri Junction from KM 6/4 to 9/0 towards Gulma in BG section. All assets at Siliguri Junction area under SSE/W/SGUJ from 01.07.2026 and upto P.E 30.06.2028.

At Zone No. 10: Maintenance and repair of staff quarters, service building, drains etc. : KM 166/7 to 231/0 between Khurial (excluding) to Malda Town and from KM 0/0 to 87/0 between Eklakhi to Balurghat (including) and from 0/0 to 27/5 between Old Malda - Bangladesh Border and all assets of Malda and assets of N. F. Railway at Beliaghata, Kolkata under SSE/W/OMLF from 01.07.2026 and upto P.E 30.06.2028.

At Zone No. 1A:Maintenance and repair of staff quarters, service building, Roads, drains and Railway Track : O.T. Para including Railway Hospital, Children park, RPF 'C' Company, Yard Office, Manihari terminal, Yard FOB, Mangal Bazar ROB, SSE(W)/W office, AMM Store, Electrical Sub station, Kosi Pump Station etc. at Katihar and all assets between Katihar-Teznarayanpur section, (Km 0.00 to Km 34.73) under SSE/W/W/KIR from 01.07.2026 and upto P.E 30.06.2028.

At Zone No. 11: Maintenance and repair of staff quarters, service building, drains etc. : All assets from Hatwar (excluding) from Km 93/9 to 9/9 at Newjalpaiguri with all works, bridges including different colonies at Kishanganj under SSE

At Zone No. 9 : Maintenance and repair of staff quarters, service building, drains etc. : KM 93/9 to 166/7 between Hatwar (including) to Kumedpur (excluding) and assets at Barsoi ghat under SSE/W/BOE from 01.07.2026 and up to P.E 30.06.2028.

At Zone No.7(A): Maintenance and repair of staff quarters, service building, drains etc. : All works in the area from Sukna (including) at KM 9/0 to Mahanadi at KM 42/0 (including) all assets under SSE/W/KGN from 01.07.2026 and upto P.E 30.06.2028.

At Zone No. 8: Maintenance and repair of staff quarters, service building, drains etc. : All works in the area from Siliguri Town Complex and Colony at Newjalpaiguri Complex including Siliguri Town Station and embankment from KM 1/9 to KM 6/4. All assets of West colony, Kashmir Colony, south colony, West part of Central colony bounded by the road excluding from ADRM office complex, Area office to Gate bazar passing Infront of Railway Institute with all assets excluding Filter House Complex and from BORA (excluding) at KM 11/0 to Aluabari (excluding) KM 76/0 in BG Section under SSE/W/SGUT & TKG from 01.07.2026 and upto P.E 30.06.2028.

At Zone No.3: Maintenance and repair of staff quarters : service building drains etc. : Between Katihar (Excluding) -Jogbani section, starting from Km 0/8 to Jogbani (including) and Purnea to km 1.13 towards Purnea Court (E.C. Railway), under SSE/W/PRNA from 01.07.2026 and upto P.E 30.06.2028.
