Maintenance & operation of the below mentioned services on all working days as per details given in the relevant section by deploying required staff including specialized manpower and by arranging required tools and plants etc. to keep plant operational upto the required standards. a) (3+1) X 165 TR chilled water Air cooled Screw chiller AC system with 34nos. AHU's (Operation-900 hrs to 1800 hrs and as when instructed by CETTM authorities) b) 2X10 TR Air cooled package units (Operation- 24 hrs 365 days)
