CCG - VR Section - 1. Dadar - Extension of Platform No. 4 for accomodation of 15 Car EMU. 2. Mumbai Central (CFO yard) - Provision of 2 Nos. new Borauni Pit lines by dismantling of Stabling lines No. 2, 3 & 4.

Virar-Joravasan Sec: -1. Construction of 7 units type IV quarters in liue of dilapidated quarters at BL railway colony.2. Construction of 5 units auto huts in connection with Provision of MSDAC on VR- ST stations in connection with 160 kmph to have Dual Detection.3. Improvements to existing dilapidated community hall at BL. (composite tender including Electrical(P) works)

Virar-Jor-Vasan Sec. Pre & post tamping track measurement survey using Timble Gedo Vorsys trolley system under jurisdiction of Sr.DEN/North, Mumbai Central Division (WR) in connection of sanctioned track work "Virar-Surat-TTR(TWS + WCMS)-87Nos. & TWSEJ-56 Nos.

(1) Joravasan-Surat Section - Providing ramp, tactile tiles, parking lot, slip resistance surface etc. for divyangjan in various stations under DEN/C/MMCT. (2) Udhana New Goods Shed (UNGU)- Raising High Level Goods platform on line 4 at Surat End 200 x 6M. (3) Surat: Extension of high-level passenger platforms. (4) JRS-ST Sec - Improvement over Corroded, Rusty & Leaky Valley gutter & COP roofs at Bilimora, Amalsad and Navsasri. (Composite tender including electrical portion.)

Andheri-Virar section- Repairs to FOBs at various location in the jurisdiction of SSE(Bridge) Borivali of MMCT Division.

Mumbai central- J.R. Hospital:- Urgent repairs of loose unsafe ceiling plaster, column & wall etc.

MM Colony - Supply of potable drinking water by tankers for a period of 730 Days

Lower Parel (workshop) :- Need based repair on day to day basis by outsourcing for 730 days.

Bandra (Pali Hill-Railway colony) - Need based repair on day to day basis for a period of 730 days.

Colaba -(1) Improvement of approx. 20 Nos of kitchen, staircase and passages in Badhwar Park Railway officers colony. (2)CL-BP - Improvement of unsafe staircase steps, approx. 20 Nos of quarters toilet, bathroom, room area etc. in attached outhouses at Badhwar Park colony.

Colaba- Badhwarpark-Provision of New Cover shed open parking( cantilever type) structure in lieu of existing covered garages at Badhwarpark colony.

Churchgate- Renovation of Mechanical conference room at HQ office.
