Rate to include necessary manual excavation for dressing the edges and levelling, spreading in layers to the required levels within the site, watering, consolidation, dewatering of ground water/surface / rainwater, carting away surplus earth outside the site by manual / mechanical means including necessary loading and unloading to a place not objected by Authorities. From existing ground level to a depth of 1.50 m". Rate includes sectioning & Sub-base preparation. (Including filling and working space) - Hardsoil
