Supply installation and testing commissioning of Terminal mounted HEPA filters of 0.3 microns at animal house in NISER, Jatni campus.
Supply installation and testing commissioning of Terminal mounted HEPA filters for Animal House 610X610X81 mm HEPA filter and 450X450X81 mm HEPA filter. HEPA filter shall not be less than 99.99% down to .03 microns. The HEPA filter shall be housed within air tight factory fabricated housing constructed out of 1.6 mm aluminum sheet as per below size . The filter shall fit in the existing filter box and shall have airtight sealing to prevent any leakages. Complete as required and as per instructions of EIC.

Consultancy work for obtaining statutory Clearances from statutory authorities Fire authorities BDA as applicable for proposed LCS building at NISER JATNI 752050
Obtaining statutory Clearances from concerned statutory authorities / BDA/ fire authority etc. including obtaining all prerequisite statutory clearances, from start to end. (i.e. from obtaining plan approvals, Commencement certificate, upto Obtaining Occupancy Certificate including all intermittent supporting clearances, if any) for the Construction of LCS building in the existing NISER campus. , complete, all as per requirement and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge(for built up area of 1500 sq.m approx.). a) Preparation of Architectural drawings including master plan, area statement etc. as per the requirement of Statutory authority i.e. BDA etc. based on preliminary drawings prepared by the Department. b) Getting structural drawings, design, analysis vetted by IIT or Govt. Institution as approved by the Statutory authority including submission of drawings/ any other details required by the statutory authority c) Preparation of drawings, design etc. for fire safety and any other services required for getting statutory approval. d) Periodic follow up with statutory authority including preparation and presentation to the building committee e) Getting all the approval and certificate from the Statutory authority from commencement to occupancy.The scope of the work includes:- Stage 1 : Obtaining all required statutory clearances for commencement of the work, up to and including issuance of the Commencement Certificate (CC).Stage 2 : Obtaining requirement of all the statutory clearances required for completion certificate and Occupation Certificate (OC) and submission for OC, including intermittent clearances, if any, required during execution of work.Stage 3 : Obtaining the Completion Certificate and Occupancy Certificate (OC) from the competent statutory authority.Payment schedule shall be as follows :After successful completion of stage 1 : 50% ,After successful completion of stage 2 : 20%,After successful completion of stage 3 : 30% Notes:-1) The work shall be carried out and necessaryclearances obtained, strictly in accordance withrequirements and other notifications publishedby the Statutory authorities from time to time.The quoted cost shall be inclusive of GST.All statutory fees payable to statutory authorities shall be borne by the Department.The consultancy fee shall remain unchanged for variation in built-up area up to ±10%. Charges beyond this area, if required, shall be paid on Pro-Rata Basis.Completion of each stage shall be certified by the Engineer-in-Charge.
