Detailed Technical Specifications for AI-Driven Digital Enablement Platform for Holistic Transformation of Anganwadi Ecosystem in Bikaner. A1. Overall System Architecture & Design Principles The proposed solution shall be a modular, extensible, hybrid, AI-enabled digital platform designed to support multi-user, multi-role, multi-location Anganwadi operations with real-time synchronization, analytics, and governance controls. The platform shall adhere to the following architectural principles: ● Service-Oriented / Microservices-Based Architecture with logical separation of concerns ● API-First Design enabling future interoperability with State and National digital systems ● Role-Driven Access Control Model supporting granular permissioning ● Scalable Multi-Tenant Architecture capable of onboarding additional Anganwadis without architectural rework ● Secure-by-Design Framework complying with data security expectations ● Event-Driven Processing for attendance, content delivery, assessments, and analytics The solution must support deployment on: ● Cloud infrastructure and/or ● On-premise or hybrid environments as directed by BDA A2. Core Platform Capabilities A2.1 Identity, Authentication & Access Control Layer The platform shall implement a centralized identity and access management (IAM) framework with: ● Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and scope-based authorization ● Segregation of platforms for different users including ○ System Administrators ○ Anganwadi Workers ○ Children & Mothers (Beneficiaries) ● Device-bound and location-restricted authentication for field users ● Audit logging for all login events, privilege escalations, and administrative actions ● Configurable session policies, token expiration, and access revocation
