NOTE: 1) Debris generated from this work shall be disposed off by the contractor outside Anushakti Abasan, Hudco and Purbasha housing premises by mechanical transport without any extra cost to the department. During execution of work Contractor should maintain proper safety measures and provide proper insurance coverage to all work men to be engaged in this work. Contractor should quote rates accordingly. 2) Tenderers must visit the site before submission of tender. 3) Rate of each item shall include the cost of manpower, materials tools & tackles, all taxes & duties, scaffolding, lead & lift for carrying out work upto 150 M and height of 30 M from existing ground level. 4) This work involves repair and painting in few buildings and other civil and PH related works. 5) Wherever cement based repair work will be undertaken, SSD (Surface Saturated Dry) condition must be achieved. 6) Plaster on repaired surface shall match with existing surface. 7) All flats are occupied. Contractor has to be very careful so that no nuisance is created or occupants are not disturbed during execution. Shifting and re-arranging of households during internal painting have to be done by the contractor. Labours engaged should be well behaved / good mannered. 8) All sand to be used for this job should be coarse sand duly screened unless specifically mentioned 9) Area for removal of plaster for repairing, shall be of rectangular in shape or any regular geometrical shape. 10) Painting work shall be under taken at least after seven days of completion of any kind of repairing work. 11) Only OPC or PPC can be used for repair work. 12) A copy of challan of each lot of materials brought at site shall be handed over to the department as soon as materials brought into site. Test certificate of materials shall be submitted as desired. 13) Testing of materials as directed to be done as per requirement and charges if any shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. 14) All latex will be used as SBR latex. Use of construction chemicals of same manufacturer preferred, otherwise compatibility is to be ensured. 15) Security regulation and rules of DAE shall be strictly followed while movement deployment of materials and work force. The work should be done satisfying all safety aspects and insurance coverage, (workmen compensation insurance) of all workers to be involved in this job, shall be ensured. PPES such as safety shoe, helmet with chin strap, safety belts, safety goggles, welding shields, gloves, VICI wear etc. are mandatory requirement. Safety nets are to be provided as directed. Contractor should quote rates accordingly. 16) Samples shall be got approved by the department before mass procurement and fabrication.

Providing, fabricating and fixing in position at all floors & locations TRAC lay-in Aluminium false ceiling of M/s. Interarch Building Products Ltd. with unperforated tiles 0.6 mm thick of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main ’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size 24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calcium silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24 mm of all T sections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- Only false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.30 sqm.
