Replacement of refrigerant pipes of 33TR packaged air conditioning units- 1 &3 by way of SITC of new refrigerant pipes in place of stolen pipes of ward no. 18 along with allied works govt. SMGS hospital, Jammu.The job includes SITC of new refrigerant pipes with proper insulation of size 5/8” for discharge side and 7/8” for suction side along with allied accessories and fittings – 125 feet each per machine for three compressors per machine to their outdoor units - 2 jobs.The job also includes brazing of the refrigerant pipes and fittings as per site requirement along with providing and fitting of necessary supports at required intervals to prevent damages from vibrations and other effects. The job further includes supplying and filling of refrigerant 407 – 12 kg per machine after leak detection test of the compressors’ lines (both suction and discharge) by way of flushing the line and holding pressure with nitrogen for 24 hours, rectification of the leakages and then vacuumizing of the refrigeration line with deep vacuumizing pump and then charging the compressors with refrigerant R-407. Complete job also includes testing of system and rectification of any fault thereafter of package AC system. Complete job as per directions of Engineer-in-charge and includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials required for execution of job and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification. Moreover, all the electro-mechanical materials used should conform to relevant IS/BIS/CE standards and codes.
