Work Contract for Comprehensive Annual Operation and Maintenance including Spares for the Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and other Air Conditioning units available at Head office, Aavin Illam, Nandanam, Chennai-35 for a period of One Year

Complete repairing of the Indoor Units of the VRV/VRF Air Conditioning System installed in Ward Nos. 16, 17, 18, 19 and Doctors’ Rooms at the 3rd and 4th Floors of Government Maternity & Child Hospital, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, by way of replacement of defective indoor unit components only. The job includes careful dismantling of existing old and defunct Indoor Unit PCBs, including necessary electrical disconnections, and providing, fitting, testing, and installation of Indoor PCBs – 08 Nos., strictly as per sample, make, model, and matching electrical and technical specifications, complete with proper wiring, termination, and insulation. The job further includes supplying, fixing, and commissioning of Remote Controls – 03 Nos. in place of old, damaged, or non-functional remote controls, including pairing/configuration with the respective indoor units wherever required. The job also includes thorough checking of indoor fan motors, sensors, display boards, drain pump operation, communication wiring, and control response after PCB replacement, followed by complete testing, commissioning, and trial run of all repaired indoor units to ensure smooth, noise-free, and efficient operation. The complete job shall be carried out using skilled manpower and approved tools and tackles, and the job includes the cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation and carriage charges, handling, tools and tackles, and all applicable taxes, complete in all respects
