De scaling of cooling tower 275 TR Flow tech Make Induced Draft of size 3 mtrs x 3 mtrs for Chiller plant of capacity 225 TR installed at the roof top of the Air Conditioning plant at Govt. Super speciality Hospital Jammu by way of dismantling of reinforced plastic sheet, cooling tower motors, fan assembly,Opening of header pipes and sub header pipes and nozzle , and descaling of sprinkler and nozzles with descaling chemical .The job includes descaling of eliminators and fins of the cooling tower with the help of descaling chemical .The job includes rotation of descaling chemical from complete cooling tower including each fin and eliminator again and again till scale from each fin and eliminator remove completly with the help of high pressure pump/motor and draining of descaling chemical after each cycle through drain pipe with minimumm 12 hours of descaling cycle.The job also includes checking the connection of motor and greasing of the same.The job includes assembling the cooling tower motors, header pipes and sub header pipes and nozzle , fan assembly, after descaling of the fins and elminators . The job also includes replacement of damaged header pipe, fins , nozzles. The Job also includes opening of side portion of cooling towers from the bottom of cooling tower and removal of the accumulated debris/scale in basin and distribution system by engaging manual labour .The manual labour move indide the basin of cooling tower and remove the accumlated debris and scale by using the steeel brush /patti.The debris and scale accumalated from the cooling tower disposed off from the roof at proper disposal point near by hospital .The job also includes adjustment of setting of fan blade angle for specified air flow and adjustment of butterfly valves /gate valves of cooling towers for proper flow of water.The job includes mechanical inspection of the fan, motor, gearbox, drive assembly, bearings, belts, and structural supports shall be performed, including lubrication and tightening of fasteners as required. Electrical and control systems, including starters, panels, and sensors, shall be inspected and tested for safe and efficient operation.After maintenance, the system shall be refilled with water, and a trial run conducted to verify proper water distribution, cooling efficiency, and overall operationThe Complete Job includes the cost of material,labour charges and all kinds of taxes thereof.
