Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.225 kg. (zero point two two five kilogram) per Square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 500 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads , lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm (two point five milimetre) thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

M&L for repair to patches of flexural portion of runway,depth n.exc 80 mm,including sweeping free from dust and mud or water withwire or jute brush scooring sunken surface in runway pavement, cutting arround edge to atlest full depth of carpet layer making proper rectangular or squre shape patch and making good by applying tack coat with bitumenous primer (catonic emulsion RS) and filling the pacth with ready made bitumeonus mix of using cutback bitumen rooled and compacted to required camber and gradient with hand roller complete and clean the surface by brooming and making FOD free surface to runway complete all as specified and directed.
