Liquid Seal Coat (Type A) Providing and laying Liquid Seal Coat (Type A) with approved quality stone chips and bitumen binder on thoroughly cleaned black top surface, spreading screened & cleaned stone aggregates (100 % passing through 11.2 mm sieve and retained on 2.36 mm sieve) uniformly @ 0.09 m3 of dry aggregate per 10 m2 of area using suitable means, brushing the chips, if necessary, to ensure uniformity, followed by rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of binder and stone chips, cost of heating the binder and all other incidental charges, cost of fuel and lubricants, including hire charges of machineries, tools & plants required for construction and quality control complete as per Clause 511 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). M&LProviding and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips with 250 gram Glass Beads (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoes heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc., complete as per direction and in accordance with applicable specifications as per MoRTH specification having Titanium – 12%, Resin – 19% & Intermix Glass Beads – 34% in proportion. complete all as specified & directed.

Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). and 3rd Corr. & Adda, page-52, p-303, p-269 (it -1) and 1st Corria & Adda, Page-4, Date 08.01.2018, page-12 (item -13))

M&L for Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads,paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying priming/tack coat with using viscocity grade paving bitumen(VG-10) @ 05 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam,well rammed and sealed with binder (VG-30) 9.80 kg per 10 Sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.30 mm size and again well rammed with 8 to 10 ton road roller (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed.
