SDBC Providing and laying of 25mm compacted thick Semidence Bituminous Concrete using 0.10m3 of 11.2mm IRC metal/ 0.16m3 of 6.7mm IRC metal and 0.11 m3 of 2.8mm and below with24.00 kgs of bitumen of grade 60/70 for premixing per 10 m2 including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to power site spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 25mm with mechancial paver to the specified grades and cross section and compaction by 80-100 KN power roller to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire chrages and fuel charges for 20-30 T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, power finisher power rollers and all another tools and plant required including all other incidental charges etc., completed as per specification using cmp clause 511 of MOST specification

Providing and laying 50 mm compacted thick dense bituminous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.5-13.2 mm graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.2-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory roller to the required density etc.,including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t C M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications.
