Upkeeping or cleaning of concrete pavement/ Black topped roads (Both dry and Wet debris) by deploying Mechanical Brooming Machine and disposal collected debris/ waste at designated places of state Govt. including Transporattion ,labour cost etc as per instruction of EIC(Diesel to be paid separatley).The work shall be carried out by mechanical means only by mechanical brooming machine with it's own dust collector container capacity (including Labour cost,Maintenance cost and hire cost also.) Note-:a) In case of partial work done ,propertionate rate will be deducted as per the estimate.b): In case of breakdown of machine contractor shall arrange alternative machine.c),: Labour payments must be done through Nationalised bank only.d): All kinds of tools shall be provided by the agency also. e): The machine must have clean both dry and wet debris.f): It will be the responsibility of the contractor to maintain all statutory documents of mechanical road sweeper machine e.g RC book, Fitness Certificate, pollution certificate, road tax clearance, Latest First Party Insurance (comprehensive policy) paid up to date. Goods and Services Tax Registration (if required), valid driving license of the assigned driver, as required under Motor vehicle Act and other Govt.
