Job work for comprehensive maintenance of pumping machinery i.e. all Horizontal pumping set and Motor installed of various capacity, tubewell submersible motor of various capacity, starter with control panel ( if panel has been burnt than it will be repalced with new panel by agency) Cable, volt meter, amp. meter and other electric Items i.e. Fan, LED bulb, Board, electric fitting, wiring etc at all water works/ Boosting stations, including proper lubrication and packing of glands, all Consumeable i.e. Bush, cottong, Galain Dori, Grease, Lubericant Oil, Mobile oil, nut bolt, rubber sheet, transformer oil etc. at Water Works/Boosting Stations, including repair of transformer, DG Set and repair of sluice valve, NRV ( if NRV, sluice valve is not repairable than it will be replaced with new , NRV, sluice valves by agency) at all water works/ Boosting Stations for proper functioning under the jurisdiction of water supply scheme complete in all respect up to the full satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, Fitting, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 1 No. submersible pump sets of specification 10000 GPH x 61 mtrs at Tube Well No.7 by way of fabrication and fitting of. U-shaped tie rod/clamp which is to be fabricated out of MS flat and to be fitted with submersible pumps by fabrication and fitting of bolts and nuts which are to be welded on both sides of the clamp. The job also includes fabrication of expander / reducer nipples for NRV of required size which is to be fabricated out of MS plate threaded at one end and flanged at the other end. Coupling the pump and motor and testing the pump set and testing it in test pit in workshop and Shifting to site of work. Installation, Testing and commissioning of Submersible Pump set extracting of already lowered pump set along with submersible cable and column pipes. Making of Connections of Submersible cable with motor Leads and lowering of Submersible Pump set, Material i.e. Tie rod, Expander Reducer, Nipple, Nuts, Bolts Rubber Sheets, Main Switch and Labour Charges. Complete Job.

Re-development of Bore well. The job includes shifting of air compressor to the site of work along with all accessories. Clearance of site in and around complex, cutting, leveling and dressing of grounds. Deployment of Rig Machine along with air compressor &lowering of Rod Length for redevelopment of the Bore Well by cleaning bottom to top and again from top to bottom, till the availability of clear water. The job also includes cost of material such as jointing material nuts and bolts, POL etc. Stabilization & yield testing of Tube well by using Submersible pump set/ Air Compressor of adequate capacity as per specifications till yield of Bore Well and till the clearance of the sand free water and its discharge at appropriate head. Complete job in all respects i.e. clearance of site, leveling and dressing of ground, providing of POL, tool and tackles, flange jointing material, loading/ unloading of materials, tool and tackles and other allied material with Submersible Pump Set and stacking properly at Bore Well site. The job includes cost of material and labour charges.
