Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.

Construction of 1nos production wells including scientific source finding through consolidated and unconsolidated rock with down the hammer drilling rig or combination rig with PVC pipe and installation of submersible pump set with all acessoriesLabour for drilling a perfectly vertical bore hole of specified dia for a specified depth below ground level through consolidated and unconsolidated rock with down the hole hammer drilling rig or combination rig as required to suit the site condition as per the direction of the Engineer in charge including use of own rig with its accessories, tools and plant and consumables etc for lowering of 200mm/150mm dia G.I/P.V.C/M.S casing pipes for housing fitted with socket and with or without well screen as per the necessity for soft, medium, hard and boulder formation (G.I/ P.V.C/ M.S casing pipes if required to prevent collapse of overburden is to be provided by the contractor including lowering and withdrawing after completion of the tube well), 200mm dia to 400mm dia in overburden portion including packing of gravel supplied by the contractor for 400mm dia bore onlyDrilling of 200mm dia bore00 mtr to 30mtr

Drilling of borewells of size 6” to 8” dia. in sedimentary formation using hand boreset including insertion of casing pipe etc., and supplying and packing of pebbles (Conveyance of hand bore set including loading and unloading to be done by the contractor) (Page No:217.)

Providing, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 01 no. submersible pump set at Tube Well Manorma Vihar of specification 15000 GPH X 76 Mtrs by way of fabrication and fitting of 01 Nos. U-shaped tie rod / clamp which is to be fabricated out of MS flat and to be fitted with submersible pump by fabrication and fitting of bolts and nuts which are to be welded on both sides of the clamp. The job also includes fabrication of 01 nos. expander / reducer nipples for NRV of required size which is to be fabricated out of MS pipe threaded at one end and flanged at the other end. Fitting of reducer / expander nipple at one end with flange joint and with the discharge outlet (NRV) of the submersible pump at the other end. Extraction of old sub pump set and then lowering of submersible pump column pipes one by one by fastening the nuts and bolts and insertion of rubber insertion sheet. Making connections with the panel for testing of submersible pump set on full load at site. Job also includes Providing and fitting of sluice valve, reflex valve as per site condition and making inter-connections with the existing line including cost of material required. Job also includes providing and fitting of submersible cable of dia. 16 sq. mm and 80 meters in length. The job also includes providing and fitting of 3.5 core 95 sq mm (40 mtrs) aluminum cable from transformer to main switch/Panel including proper thimbling. Complete job includes 01 no. submersible pump sets, submersible cable, Aluminium cable, valves, tie rods, nuts, bolts, Rubber sheet, NRV, extraction of old sub pump set and lowering of new sub pump set along with allied accessories and rebate on old parts, old valves, old submersible cable, old aluminium cable etc.

Tubewell Drilling Work Construction of tube well from ground level & up to 100 mtr depth to accommodate housing and assembly pipe of following sizes in all type of alluvium strata unconsolidated formation such as pebbles, boulders etc. by percussion/rotary drilling method as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended up to date) and technical specifications, with gravel as per IS:4097-1967 and it's packing as per IS: 2800 (Part I & II) 1979 as amended up to date (the work includes the cost of gravel & it's primary packing and packing during development, lowering of housing & strainer assembly pipes with supply and wrapping of coir-rope, wherever necessary for arresting fine sand particles and development work, but excluding the cost of housing and strainer pipe assembly). The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. Nominal bore 200 mm dia.
