Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully develo ped, measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete,including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for lifting of submersible pump set of any capacity along with MS column flanged pipe of 150 mm / 125 mm / 100 mm dia from existing borewell at different locations, including submersible cable (3-core, up to 25 sqmm), dismantling of cable joints, etc., complete all as specified and directed for borewell depth up to 60 mtr. Note: (i) Submersible cable and column pipes shall be properly stacked at pump house at a suitable place for inspection, checking and cleaning. (ii) All tools, tackles and labour (T&P) required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Lowering of submersible pump set of any capacity along with MS column flanged pipe of 150 mm/ 125mm/ 100mm dia, including making of new flanged joints with providing new materials, proper cable connections, and providing necessary binding with dori for securing and dressing of submersible cable, complete all as specified and directed for borewell depth up to 60 mtr. (iv) Proper phase wise photograph shall be obtained by the concerned JE/ contractor rep for each location & uploaded on eMB. Please note payment shall not be made without photopraphic evidence.

Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Construction of tubewell up to 100m depth and above to accomodate housing and assembly pipe in all types of alluvium strata by rotay drilling method with "code of practice for construction and testing of tubewells (IS:2800 (Part-II) : 1991 and IS:2800 (Part-II) :1979 both amended up to date) with supply of bail plug if necessary.The work will not include cost of housing pipe and strainer pipe assembly cost, gravel and development work. Work would be deemed completed only after obtaining sound free water during pumping., 200 mm nominal bore
