Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Maintenance of tubewells which includes round the clock monitoring of tubewells of all sizes, complete repairs / rewinding of submersible pump sets including cost of material components required to repair pumpsets, starters, meters etc. of electric panel of tube wells, Lowering and unlowering of pumpsets complete in all respect, maintenance of log-books & Histroy sheet as directed by Engineer-in-charge for tubewell per month.

(a). 01 No RS 485 communication port and 01 No. USB port (b). Serial multilink and USB downloading port (c). Support external data storage on a USB memory stick for storing production data and backing up applications. (iv) 01 No SMPS of 5A rating suitable according to panel design. (MAKE : MEAN WELL / SCHNEIDER / TTPL/ PHOENIX CONTACT / OMRON) (v) Suitable Nos of interposing relays of 220VAC & 24 VDC coil rating and 6 A contact rating. (vi) Suitable Nos of relay cards with operating voltage 24VDC, with continuous current of 5A. Card must be of 8 channel & having 8 relays. (vii) MCB rating 16A, 10A, 6A as suitable according to panel design. (viii) Illuminiated push button, Indicator lamp, Selector switches as suitable according to panel design. (ix) Audio visual alarm indicator as suitable according to panel design. CRCA Enclosure Make of the PLC based panel (MAKE : I&S / Adlec / Tricolite / Rockwell Automation ) NOTE : (i) The Programming, Testing, Commissioning & Integration of PLC Panel shall be carried out by authorized system integrator of the provided makes. The programmer shall submit a letter from the OEM as proof of his being an authorized system integrator of the OEM. The programmer shall also submit a signed report on original letterhead of the OEM that Programming, Testing, Commissioning & Integration has been carried out by him. (ii) The quotatd rate shall be included the rate for testing commissioning and integration of PLC.
