Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). DSR Code No. 4.2.2

Supply & construction of Fd Security Fence (Anti Climb) in KM with integrated inverter backed LED secuirty lighting arrangement for enhanced perimeter protection and night time visibility. A all other specifications and scope work as given in RFP

Cutting and grubbing of bushes / shrubs /babool branches etc surrounding manholes,Gully trap ,wall pipe and sewage line alignment etc and levelling of ground around the manholes,sewage line and finish the surface of wall and removing the waste material to a distance exc 50m and n exc 500m and clearing the site complete all as specified. Note :- (i) All T&P (like JCB etc ) and equipment’s required for clearance of site, safety requipment shall be arranged and made available by the contractor. (ii) All safety measures for workmen to do work shall be provided by the contractor. (iii) If any existing govt assets(Like electric cables,water pipeline, storm water drain boundary walls etc) are damages during the site clerance /excavation contractor should repair the same without any delay at his own cost .
