Annual Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant (0.3 MLD) constructed for Tsunami Victims of Kalapet, Puducherry for the period from April 2026 to March 2027

The Schedule of Quantity are attached with the Tender Document.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of CPRI approved modular type polycarbonate thermoplastic floor mounted electrical panels of size 2300X1735X600 mm complete with 400 A Copper Bus bar suitable for following incomer and outgoing capacity alongwith CC foundation of 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse : 6 graded stone) aggregate 20mm (NS) (600mm below the ground level and 400mm above the ground level) it should be covered with Aprin plate (400mm above the ground) not less than 3 mm thick with necessary nuts & bolts or grouting into the foundation for fixing the panel, The enclosure shall be environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free, anti-acid & anticorrosive, IP65, glow wire test for 960 deg. C, The gasket material shall be Polyurethane, while the gasket shall be internally embedded. The manufacturer of board/ panel shall submit a copy of CPRI test report, Degree of ingress protection IP-65 in accordance with IEC 60529, a copy of type test report of a board made out of polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1 and IEC 61439-2 for power switchgear and control gear assembly, routine test certificate from manufacturer/ principal company in accordance with IEC 60439-1 (mainly consisting of Degree of protection of system, Temperature Rise Limit, Dielectric properties, Short Circuit withstand strength, Effectiveness of protective circuit, Clearance and creepage distance, Mechanical operation Etc.) for better safety the polycarbonate enclosure shall be fire retardant & self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695-2-1, DIN VDE 0304 Part3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2, It should be tested at glow wire test for 960 Deg, C. The impact stregth of polycarbonate enclosure/ Boards i.e the degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK08. The MCB/RCCB switching operations/ accessing the MCB duly should be preferably by opening of a window flap. Panel should have consisted of dew guard which is a passive solution for mitigation of condensation i/c dismentling of old existing panel and disconnection the existing cables and reconnection in this panel i/c credit for old defective panel etc complete as per attached drawing etc as required. (Note:- The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board)

Sub-Head:- Road Work Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of Delhi Jal Board potable water through water tankers fitted with GPS Mechanism of different capacity in Indira Gandhi Hospital, Sector-9, Dwarka, New Delhi including loading and unloading for all lead and lift as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Payment of water cost to Delhi Jal Board shall be made by the supplier and proof of payment made to DJB shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge by the Supplier. (The payment of water supply will be made on production of GPS printout).
