CONSTRUCTION OF BOUNDARY WALL AT KGBV LALORIKHERA, DISTRICT-PILIBHIT(U.P)

Providing and fixing to existing door frames 24mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of stiles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2mm +/- 0.2 mm with inbuilt edging on both sides.The stiles and rails mitred and joined at the corners by means of M.S.galvanized/plastic brackets of size 75x220mm having wall thickness 1.0mm+/- 0.1mm and stainless steel screws. The stiles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanized M.S.tube of size 20x20mm and 1mm +/-0.1mm wall thickness. The lock rail made up of ‘H’ section,a uPVC hollow section of size 100x24mm and 2mm +/- 0.2mm wall thickness fixed to the shutter stiles by means of plastic/ galvanized M.S.’U’ cleats.The shutter frame fitted with a uPVC multi-shambered single panel of size not less than 610mm, having overall thickness of 20mm and 1mm +/- 0.1mm wall thickness. The panels fitted vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6mm galvanized M.S.rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (For W.C.and bathroom door shutter).

Supply and fixing of precast boundary wall with Construction of boundary wall with Precast Column and Pannel (with prestressed concrete , pannel size-2100x300x50mm and column size 150x150x2400mm ,1800 mm. above and 600mm. below ground level) including fixing of pannel & column in proper alignment including cost of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper complection of work as per direction of engineer incharge . (C.C. for grouting, excavation of pit and P.C.C. shall be paid extra) . (NSI).

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces of any type of over head reservoirs upto 21 mtr height and applying two coats of cement based paint on exterior wall surfaces over a coat of primer including crack filling with white wall care putty with including necessary scaffolding arrangement for carry out the work all as specified and as directed. necessary scaffolding necessary security for the workers for any height, covering etc complete all as per specified and directed. Note:- External water proofing treatment on wall at any height of the building including acrylic paint shall be applied by mechnaically Airless paint sprayer machine only.
