DNIT for the work :- Re-Construction of Boundary wall and other allied Civil works to prevent the 33 kV S/Stn., Bhuna (Fatehabad) from flood water.

Laying of Plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 / 53 grade at cement as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade) at 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, and curing of concrete slabs for 14- days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD. Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC Wall etc in all floors using mild steel sheets of 90cmx60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angle for boarding supported by casurina props at suitable intervals etc completed complying with standard specification and as directed 1.no 122

1 CONSTRUCTION OF CC ROAD, PAVER BLOCK WORK, COMPOUND WALL, SNANGHAT, DRINKING WATER ₹

2.1 Boundary wall- 900 mtr( Type-1) Construction of Boundary Wall including excavation, PCC of grade M 10, RCC of grade M30 with cement content not less than 350 kg/cum, HYSD Reinforcement of Grade Fe-500 for footings, pedestal, plinth beam & column of height 1.2 mts above FGL for boundary Wall & 06/08 Nos of Gate Columns upto 2.4 mts height as per the approved drawings. Brick Masonry wall in CM 1:6 is constructed in between the columns over the plinth beam for a height of 1.2mts duly plastered in CM 1.4 in 18mm thk. and painted with the exterior emulsion paint and expansion joint of 25mm to be provided at every 16mts of boundary wall. 50mm thick coping in CC 1:2:4 to be provided extended upto 25mm on either side of face of wall with required slope. The top of the wall is provided with 'Y' structural angle of 65x65x5mm painted to complete for a lenght of 1.2m clear height grouted in columns and topped with the concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 4.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq. mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre and G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge.(Note: Measurement of the Boundary Wall height shall be taken from the Top of Plinth Beam up to the Top of GI Fencing. The quoted rate shall be deemed to include foundation work, brick masonry, plastering, coping, painting, Y-angles, barbed wire/concertina coil fencing, grouting, GI clips, staples, bolts, binding wire, tying arrangements, and all other accessories or items required for the construction of the boundary wall as per approved drawings and specifications.
