Providing and Applying ACRYLIC emulsion polymer waterproofing chemical coating, on over roof on over roof slabs/terrace/balconies/parapet wall etc.with following method/specification: Paint the surface with regular paint brush so as to obtain approximately 0.3mm thickness coating. apply the 2nd coat next day at right angles to the 1st coat so that total thickness of the coating should be approximately 0.6mm coverage by using above formulation will be 40 ft2/ litre of chemical. painted surface does not require any external water curing since chemical will hold sufficient water for curing.After the primer coat Apply 2 coats of modified acrylic emulsion polymer water proofing compound having solar heat reduction properties coating @ 0.330 KG/SQM on the surface of the interval of 3-4 hours. Undulation on the surface is repair before the waterproofing work.

1000557, NOSR Payment of fixed additional charges for Mobilization of men, materials, T&P etc. due to change in location of work from one substation/premises to another substation/premises after 1st sub order for each separate sub-order (s) under the scope of same contract of civil works shall be payable as per following conditions: -(i) Applicable only after 1st sub work order and only on change in work location from one substation/premises to another substation or any other MPPTCL’s premises situated at a distance of more than 3.00 Kms. for execution of work under the same main contract. (Nearest motorable road distance shall be considered for this purpose) (ii) The distance as mentioned in point no. – (i) shall be considered from the nearest current location of ongoing work (where the work shall be in progress by the contractor at the time of placing new sub-order irrespective of scheduled completion period given for that work) under the scope of same contract. (iii) Not applicable for the balance work (when the sub order of any civil work is placed in two or more parts) of dusting, metaling etc. on the same feeder bay work for which the work of foundation etc. has been executed previously under the scope of same contract.(iv) The rates are inclusive of cost of transportation of labour, material, T&P etc. and cost of all respective works in all respect up to any distance in the area of jurisdiction of main work order for the contract and also in nearby areas as per necessity i/c all applicable taxes (except GST) etc. all complete, as per terms and conditions of order and as per direction of Engineer – In – Charge.(Base Rate: - Rs. 10,000/- per shifting) Note:- This payment of fixed additional charges for changing of work location shall be payable only when work will be executed in accordance with location wise priority fixed by the Engineer-In-Charge (if any) and only on successful completion of work in all respect as per scope of work in the sub-order for which said additional charges are to be payable.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
