Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavater) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5 m in width as we as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of exavated earth, lead upto 50 and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The contractor has to detect different utilities like sewer line, water supply line, electric cable, telephone cable, gas pipe line etc. using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavating only after getting permission of Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 100 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 C. Sand).

Centring and shuttering i/c strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for….Columns, Pillar, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) i/c attached plasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses, fillets, columns, pillers, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement in 1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ C. Sand : 3 graded stone agg. 20mm n.s.).

Brick work with bricks of class designation 100 in super structure above plinth level up to floor five level in all shapes and size in cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 Cement : 4 C. Sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under i/c cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete i/c disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead with cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 C. Sand).

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
