Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengthening with cement mortar 1 : 2 in following steps :- i) Choping losse and cracked concretee to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concretee with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concretee surface with water as necessary and getting dried. ii) Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars. iii) Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectured's specification) on concretee and steel bars with brush. iv) Spreading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day. v) Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete. vi) Cure the plastered surface for 15 days, All work including scaffolding etc. complete in all respect.

14.72:Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note:- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done .

Clean Surface thoroughly with water and remove any loose plaster, flacks, fungus growth etc, from the toilet floor slab and toilet sunken portion by suitable mechanical means like scrapping or wire brushing and wash with adequate water to get an absolutely cleaned surface to take on further treatment. Gal-Tech Multiproof-AD SB modified polymer with cement and fine sand mix ratio 1:2:4 is used to full the grooves, pores, wall to floor joints and surface crakes. Over that Gal-Tech C.T. Epoxy virgin Solvent Free Anticorrosive two packs Resin and Hardener 1:1 mix ratio. The resin and hardener should be mixed thoroughly using a hand held mixer either mechanically or manually. The prepared mixer is then applied as a base coat with uniform application on to the surface it is then impregnated with Gal-Tech GC-110F, impregnation process is done using one coat of Gal-Tech C.T. Epoxy. After touch dry condition is achieved one more coat of Gal-Tech C.T. Epoxy is given uniformly it is again impregnated with Gal-Tech GC-110F over that two coats of Gal-Tech C.T. Epoxy is given as a final finish. Joint less lining system is achieved and now sand is sprinkled on to the finished surface uniformly to get a rough profile to take on further civil works. This system is self-cure after 48 hours civil works can be commenced. This is a solvent free high strength double reinforced system.
