The civil works like construction of plinth, foundation etc shall be carried out by others. Note : Factory testing shall be carried out as per the technical specifications on all the transformers. Testing shall include all routine tests as per latest IS / IEC standards and type test as mentioned in the specifications etc. All routine and type tests shall be carried out on all the transformers with out any extra cost as per PMC/ EMployer.
