Providing water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified and directed as under:- (a) Cleaning the existing RCC sunken slab and vertical wall/RCC beam and hacking the surface. (b) 15mm thick plastering over the floor & vertical surface in CM 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 kg of cement trowelled to even and smooth finish without using extra cement .(Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately). (c ) filling the sunken portion with water for 72 hrs and carring out the ponding test.(Any leakage /seapage noticed shall be repaired). (d) Applying two coats of elastomaric acrylic water proof coating per sqm in each coat with roller application.(Note: Each coat of elastomaric acrylic compound requires 6-8hrs to dry up itself second coat shall be applied on getting the first coat completely dried up.)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth Including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
