M&L for non-skid ceremic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match of tiles and screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes incl dismanlting of existing flooring complete all as specified.

All as per serial item No 2 as above but as in vertical surfaces of tiles and rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, as in backing layer complete all as specified.

M&L for Providing & injecting chemical for post construction ATT along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc in a portion with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing apron complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Post Construction Anti TermiteTreatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floor sall as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each including making good disturbed portions of wall with new or old bricks, lintel,cills, etc in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame. complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table 3 of IS: 14856 complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.
