Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints, preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supply & fixing in repairs stainless steel sinks with drainage board made of 1mm thick for kitchen with plugs, washer, waste pipes, cast iron cantilever brackets, connecting union to pipe of overall size 915mm x 460mm, bowl size 410 x330 x 160mm with glossy finish,waste coupling 32 mm bore of discharge pipe including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall fixing cantilever brackets and connecting unions to pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
