M&L for followings :- (i) Removing plaster & finishes all around the RCC memeber. (on all four sides of column to full height, three sidescription of beam to entire span & bottom of slab to area as directed) (ii) After cleaning gently removing cover concrete using pneumatic/electric chipper or any other approved tool in entire portion of structural member (removal of cover concrete shall be done to an extent when reinforcement is visible) (iii) Removal of cover concrete with under cutting of up to a depth of 20mm beyond reinforcement around full circumference in case of columns & full length of bar where directed. (concrete shall be stripped to an extent concrete substrate is exposed) (iv) Cleaning exposed concrete substrate by using water jet. (v) Removing visible rust along the length of reinforcement using hand tools as approved. (vi) Any other work as directed by Engr-in-charge to present clean surface for determination of type of repair to be carried out.

S&F as in repair Vitreous china premium/ 1st quality wash down water closet wall hung EWC white/ ivory/off white (closed pattern incl all necessary accessories like rag bolts/ gel gasket etc. with & including WC seat cover closed pattern with flat bottom and cover, CP jet nozzle, vitreous china symphonic action type twin flush flushing cistern of 10 litre capacity with lid, necessary fittings complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :-Jaquar(Continental Series-CNS-WHT-963N for (EWC)/KOHLER/HINDWARE or Equivalent in make mentioned in Appendix 'A' as mentioned in List of Makes as approved by GE.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

M&L for earthing complete including taking out old unseviceable and replace with galvanised steel earth plate 600x600x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate using 4 mm dia GI wire as earth wire electrode moulded and rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to main switch/ control switches of buildings at another end, GI earth wire encased in and including 15 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto main switch board of building including 20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber and including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced complete all as specified and directed.
