Cable Laying Tenders

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying underground LT XLPE cable and getting soft/loose soil complete.

Providing, laying, and installation of copper cable of Make: Havells/Polycab/ Gloster/KEI/Eqv. from LT Panel to hydrant pump sets etc. The job includes providing and then laying of cable and making of connections. The rates include the cost of materials, skilled /unskilled labour charges, tools, tackles, hire charges, transportation costs, and all kinds of taxes thereof.

Excavating in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes,poles, pier holes, laying of pipe/ cable etc., not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying connecting and testing XPLE underground cable insulated and overall sheathered with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 120 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenchers/on pole/road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing clamping on wall etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Horizontal direction drilling (HDD)/Trenchless digging/machine drilling without damage to surface road /track for laying/insertion of DWC/GI/HDPE pipe. The bore shall be done of 12 min. diameter 120mm & at the depth of minimum 1400 mm from the ground level.The ground level shall be consideredignoring the bank height of the bank of the road/ track. Note:- DWC/HDPE/GI Pipe supply is not covered under this item. Contactor shall provide all material required for work and adequate nos. of labours for proper laying of cables into the bore. Cables shall be laid cautiously so that these should not get damage due to rough handling & pressure on cable. Payment of boring shall be madeonly after laying of DWC/HDPE/GI pipein the bore. All work pertaining to HorizontalDirctional Metre Drilling (HDD)/Boring andtrenchless cabling. It includessupply, transportation and insertionof self lubricated HDPE Pipe andlaying of cables in boring under thetrack/road/platform/circulating areaby using different sizes of pipesdepending on total number of cableswill be crossed. The depth ofhorizontal boring should be minimum1 mtr upto 3 mtr, from rail flange/road level/ground level as per siterequirement and as per instructionsof Railway Engineer incharge.
