Cable Laying Tenders

Supply, Laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC beded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with multi stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 3.5 core 150 Sqmm, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Laying of S&T Cables of various cores/ pairs/ quads in trenches/ GI pipes/ RCC pipes/ DWC pipes/ Trucking. This also includes laying of cables in track crossings & road crossings. Item 3 includes provision of labels of colored plastic adhesive tapes or any other identifiable material on each cable to give the cable number at each G.P.(Cables will be daggered before and after its laying by contractor under supervision of Railway Representative and he will submit the meggering report of each testing). Length of the cable laid includes the length of the cable coiled for termination purposes.

2 All Decentralized Items Provided/Fixing/ Erection/Installation/Laying/Foundation with earthing by the contractor as on his own cost as per RESPO Narms. 33 KV LINE ERECTION WORK Minimum depth of laying from ground surface to the top of cable as per IS is 1)Low Voltage (1.1KV) and control cable 0.75 Mtr 2) 3.3 KV to 11 KV Cables 0.90 Mtr 3) 22 KV to 33 KV Cable 1.05 Mtr 4) Cables at Road Crossing 1.00 Mtr 5) Cable at Railway Laval Crossing ( measured from bottom 1.00 Mtr Of sleepers to top of pipe) Note- 1- The depth may be increased but not more than 1.6 Mtr 2- The Standard depth and width for laying the cable are also attached ( as per letter No 561/Director(Tech)/MVVNL/Camp/Dt 09.01.2026 with the tender form)

S/C 11 KV 3x185 sqmm Cable laying in Metalic/ Damar/normal soil Road by Manual method as per site condition. (All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 11 KV XLPE cable)

Single Cable laying in Metalic/Damar/ normal soil Road as per Site Condition. (All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33KV XLPE Cable)

Supply and laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable all as specified.
