Cable Laying Tenders

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of internal wiring for light, fan, exhaust fan, call bell points, light/power circuits and sub mains with GI boxes & modular plates; distribution boards with MCBs; lights and fans; LT cable laying (1.1 kV grade); Main LT Panel (incoming: 2 nos. 63A TP MCB 18kA with thermal magnetic release from transformer & DG set); street lighting including poles and associated items; and complete earthing system.

S/C 11 kv 3x120 Sqmm XLPE Cable laying in Metalic/Damar/normal soil Road by Manual method as per site condition. (All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 11 KV XLPE cable)

M & L for approved river sand cushioning for under ground cable in trenches 8 cm before laying and 15cm after laying of cable and punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid for 18 cm only after punned /consolidated thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Erection of new 145KV SF6 Circuit Breaker. The work includes shifting/carriage of new CB with complete accessories from place of storage to work site with the help of hydra , after unpacking, fixing of support structure after opening the protection covers, fixing of interrupting unit at the frames as per drawing/manual and as per instructions of site engineer in charge, checking level of all three poles with level meter , then connecting all mechanic linkage , connecting gas pipes, SF6 gas filling, complete cable connections, electrical termination as per drawing with providing new ferrulling, cable laying as required (cable to be provided by department), with all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily. The work also includes all modifications required for fixing of base legs/upper structure on new circuit breaker with the help of welding machine etc, providing and fixing of 75x10 or 50x6 mm MS Flat for earthing and its painting by one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel green color paint, writing of feeder/bay name on CB marshalling box by synthetic enamel paint (black color with yellow background). Connection of all jumpers, clamps etc and replacing the same if required with all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily. Checking electrical open/close operation from remote/local/protection mode after commissioning of breaker and providing complete electrical wirings as per drawing.
