Labour for laying of cable through HDPE pipe ( 50 mm OD ) in plain cement concrete road including braking of cement concrete road & filling of plain cement concrete mix of 1:1.5:3 ( with 12 mm jelly ) including carting of cable & HDPE pipe (trench size 100mm breadth x 150mm depth )

3.01 Assistance Basis: Rectification of 33 KV UG fault using store-issued Straight-Through Joint (STJ), where jointing/installation is in the scope of the Supplier Firm. The Work includes digging/opening trench, barricading, manual assistance in cable preparation, High Voltage testing of cable, backfilling& levelling of road as it was earlier, laying of additional cable if required for cable jointing (in case of loop not available) and site cleaning. M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180Cm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

Kerf cutting and filling of 10 x 30 mm depth for laying secondary cable in rigid surface

Diggingof Cable trench laying of first bricks along the lenth in cable trench and tense on top of each cable and filling river sand inside the bricks and filling of exevated earth in cable trench upto ground levelalimg with supply and cartage of material.
