Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls etc and all works above plinth level such as pilasters, columns, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, parapets, coping, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc, up to first floor level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing. 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying c.c. work in proportion 1:3:6 corresponding M15 with hard stone or river shingles aggregate at 20mm down graded including curing and sand within 200mtrs (excluding shuttering reinforcement) complete. (Materials procured by the Contractor)

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil including dressing and leveling the bed and disposal of the excavated materials within initial leads and lifts as per direction of E.I.C

Providing and laying 25 mm thick compacted Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete (Grading-II) using 60/70 penetration grade Bitumen and crusher broken hard granite aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 per cent of weight of mix in a Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic sensor Paver Finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect as per Clause 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.
