Providing ,arranging and erecting 50mm dia M.S. pipe cup lock shuttering arrangement above the ground level upto the height given below. The girding arrangement of cup lock system should have 2.50 meter 3.00 meter long coupling pipes and 0.90mt long lacer pipe (Horizontal bracing pipes) reconnected in both ways so as to make a square grid of size 0.90x0.90 meter in plan. The Horizontal bracing and lacer pipes should have a maximum spacing of 1.50 meter c/c both ways. The bottom of the coupling pipe must rest over a firm support at ground. the shuttering plates of 900mmx600mm size duly braced by angle supports and should rest over 50mmx50mm size wooden logs supported by 75x40x6mm size channels and U-Jacks made of M.S.25mm dia steel bars with adjustable thread and lock arrangement placed at a spacing of 0.60 meter c/c. The whole arrangement should be duly shored from ground by U-Jacks and lacer pipes to prevent any lateral movement during casting of slabs. Additional support as per direction of engineer in charge are also to by provided wherever felt necessary. The work would include transportation of material erecting the whole grid structure, bracing both way, shoring, leveling of shuttering and removal of form work complete as per direction of Engineer in charge for all the floors upto the height of:- Upto 6.63 meter height

Construction of un-reinforced , plain cement concrete pavement M30 (Grade), thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43/53 grade cement as per Clause 602, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 31.5 mm, mixed in a in fully automatic Batching Plant and transported to site in transit mixer for having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per approved mix design including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , with all lead and lift including cost of admixtures in recommended portion as per IS 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer in charge laid with a Fixed Form Paver (laying and fixing of 150 micron thick polythene Film and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days using water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRTH Specification Clause 602 including vaccum dewatering process with all required equipments (Dowel Bars will be paid seprately).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. R.C.C. work with M-20 grade In Different Works having minimum compressive strength in work test of 200 Kg/Cm2 at 28 days using 20 mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators watering, curing for 28 days, centring & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary in all floors including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials , cost of all labour with cost of all T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or steel & binding wires and labour charges for strengthening, cutting, bending grills and placing in proper position.
