Execution of day to day works by supply of high skilled artisans like Carpenters, masons for works of restorative repairs, aluminium doors and window repairs, shutters and gate repairs etc as directed, with tools for a period of 8 hours per day as and when required etc complete

Cleaning and preparation of newly plasteres roof surfaces and applying the water proofing treatment as under (a) Applying 1st course of bituminious (oil based) primer confirming to IS-3384 the screed bed 0.4 lit/sqm over (b) Applying 2nd course of a coat of binding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 0 C and applied @ 1.2 kg/sqm. (c) Applying 3rd course of APP (Atactic polypropylene) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap by forced / torch application as per manufactures instructions. (d) Applying 4th course of a coat of bonding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.2 kg/sqm over APP membrane, (e) Applying 5th course of a one coat of solar reflective aluminium paint 0.10 Litre/Sqm on roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed
