Construction of 110kV LILO line to 110kV Mukunda Sub-station by utilizing 110kV DC towers from the tapping point of existing 110kV Munirabad-2 line for a distance of 12.62 kms along with construction of terminal bay at 110/11kV Mukkunda Sub-station in Sindhanur Taluk, Raichur District. (including civil works) of all materials/equipments.

Annual Maintenance & Repair of building, Sanitary & Plumbing works, Electrical works (All items will be taken from current P.W.D. schedule of rates) for the office area under administrative control of Sundarban Affairs Department at 1st Floor, 3rd Floor & 4th Floor of Mayukh Bhawan, Bidhannagar, Kolkata 700091

50.18.8.7.2:Providing and fixing PVC pipes, fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the wall etc 63 mm pipe 4 kgf/ cm2

Taking down ceiling fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to keep in safe custody for repair to wall/ ceiling and re-fixing of ceiling fan including repair of unserviceable fans or thorough cleaning of serviceable fans including connecting up including provision of 3 core flexible twisted copper conductor multi-stranded cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and directed. Note: Materials required for repair of ceiling fan will be measured and paid under separate item of this schedule. [b] The fans should be opened before working and deposited to MES store yard for safe custody. The same shall be issued to contractor for repair/ refixing at suitable time during execution of work.

Design, Development, Customization, Testing, Deployment, Integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Training of users, Go-Live support and successful implementation of complete Integrated Civil Works Management System within 32 weeks as per tender scope
