Repairing of damaged wooden panel door shutter of average width 0.85m and height1.90m of quarters including changing of damaged members (two vertical, one bottom horizontal & bottom panel). The item also includes removal of shutter from frame, opening of members of shutter,changing of damaged above mentioned wooden members and fixing with old members in such a way that new members matches with old members properly, fixing of repaired shutter in frame with new hinges and screw, and painting of shutter including priming coat and fixing of old fittings in repaired shutter complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and cost of all material, labour etc. required for repair work. (Base rate Rs.2478.40 Each.)

Making one set of scaffolding only for replacing glass panels, painting, uprooting plant and another repairing works of building and S&P works for external works only with 10 cm. dia bamboo as main posts at the rate of 1 metre centre to centre and 7.5 cm. dia bamboo ties @ 0.75 metre apart fitting and fixing with necessary coir, nails etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Upto 18 m Ht. Ninteen No. of times the scaffolding shifted

Disiltation Work

OD371526/2025-2026:Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-30 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer - in-charge. Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. Cement content obtained as per mix design shall be used by the contractor at site to obtain the required strength. Excess cement used as per design mix not payable separately as per Circular No. CE/BL/GL/6541/2015 dated 30/8/2017 of CE buildings PWD. Above Plinth level

OD32474/2024-2025 14.72 : Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
