Construction of septic tank of different capacities as per approved drawing with 1st class brick work in cement mortar (1:4) including two 560 mm dia. R.C.C. manhole cover(heavy type)of approved make supplied, fitted and fixed in the 100mm thick R.C.C (1:1.5:3) top slab with necessary fittings, 20mm thick cement plaster (4 : 1) with neat cement finish to the internal surfaces and 15 mm thick cement plaster (4 : 1) to outside wall upto 200 mm below G.L floor finished with 25 mm thick grey artificial stone over 100 mm thick R.C.C(1:1.5:3) bottom slab including supplying, fitting and fixing all necessry specials, fittings, S.W. tees, C.I. foot rest etc. including excavation earth in all sorts of soil, shoring, bailing out and pumping out water as necessary, ramming, dressing the bed and fefilling the sides of the tanks with earth, removing spoils, filling up the chamber with clear water, removing foreign materials from the chamber and including constructing attached inspection pit as per approved drawing and connecting all necessary pipes, joints etc. with internal plaster work and artificial stone flooring is to be done with admixture of water proofing compound @ 0.5% by weight of cement with all costs of labour and materials. Note:- (i) Finished level of Septic Tank should be 400 mm. from Ground Level. (ii) Height of 50 mm. Ventilation pipe &Mosquito proof mesh, should be follwed as per IS:2470,Part- I.Payment will be made separetly on the basis of actual height based on relevant I.S.Code. Supply & fixing mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Note for all items: 1. The work shall be carried out to Building Height upto 25 metres. 2. Demolition works: Demolished material shall not be transported downstairs via existing stairs. The contractor shall provide and install mechanical hoists of suitable size on buildings for exclusive transportation of demolished material. All debris shall be removed from site premises on the same day of its generation. Failure to comply shall attract a penalty of Rs. 5000/- per day per instance and shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. 3. PCC Placement: PCC shall be placed exclusively through mechanical concrete pumps of adequate capacity, arranged entirely by the contractor at their cost. No manual or alternative methods shall be permitted.

M&L for mild steel framed work framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete (Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250)quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing work complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 Cm X 60 Cm X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level and connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and to be protected by GI pipe 15 mm bore light grade & connected to earth test point/main switch board or main control board and also providing charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR part -I. and also making arrangment of 20 mm dia bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade) for water and making funnel, wire mesh,and also including provision of concrete pit cover framing work in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded of stone aggregate with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and outer frame work of angle iron 25x25x6mm with top concrete pit cover and handle for lifting of cover, complete work all as specified and directed .
